Developing an ecommerce platform for a major retailer such as Topps Tiles was never going to be a simple task.

We began this project with a thorough consultation to identify the short term goals. Using the findings of these first meetings we developed a tailored version of our enterprise ecommerce platform which Topps then began trading with.

This system included some very user focused features such as an online returns procedure, order tracking and delivery options to allow delivery to a local store or to the customer’s home. The system was also supported with some additional business features such as a store portal allowing any one of their 250+ stores nationwide to track orders and deliveries on route to them and hand them to the customer when they walked through the door.

Once the site and supporting systems had gone live and were running smoothly we sat down with the client to look at their medium term goals. Additional functionality such as a promotional system, some very in depth tracking tools, business reporting protocols and synchronisation tools for stock and warehouse were then implemented.

We continue to develop the site and systems with Topps Tiles and support them on a daily basis.
